Fun for the family:

  • There are extensive canyoning opportunities in and round the lake, not everyone seeks these out but they really are great fun!
  • Horse riding is very popular and can be paired with a picnic to enjoy a full day out
  • There is no better way to explore Como that with a private boat trip, choose the morning or the afternoon and this can be enjoyed with a stop for lunch or dinner
  • There are so many routes available to enjoy a guided or self guided bike tour
  • Cooking classes are abundant
  • If you love fashion, culture, history and food then a shopping trip to Milan should be on the cards. If time is tight enjoy this trip on the way into Lake Como or on the way out
  • Take a trip on the funicular (cable car) to Brunate and enjoy the views
  • Learn the secrets of falconry in the town of Varenna
