We can brainstorm destination ideas with you, work with you to design a custom itinerary or simply book a resort, villa or hotel stay for your family.
We might be based in Italy but as a mixed British/South African family who has traveled most parts of the world we have in-depth expertise in planning itineraries across the world. We have planned itineraries for hundreds of families in Italy, France, Spain, Scotland, England, Ireland, Iceland, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Switzerland, Morocco, Costa Rica, Galapagos, the US and many more. With our extensive network of partners we have no limit…we plan the World!

How we work.
We work in one of three ways:
a. Accommodation only – we will offer property options to you from within our portfolio, this service is FREE OF CHARGE; or
b. Activity only – you find your own accommodation and we recommend family-friendly and appropriate tours and experience around your chosen locations. We will charge a fee for this depending on the number of tours and amount of time taken researching this; or
c. Full Planning Service – our most popular service. We will research, recommend and reserve your accommodation; research and recommend family friendly and appropriate tours and experiences. In addition, we will manage your logistics such as trains, cars, private transfers during your stay. We will offer advice on family friendly restaurants and things to do in nearby cities/town. We will also provide you with a Travel insurance quote for you to consider. We will then build with you and deliver a full itinerary from beginning to end in electronic format and also via an app that will be with you on your phone and devices every step of the way and lets you know where you need to be next. We will charge a fee for this depending on the number of hotels, tours, transfers booked and amount of time taken researching this.
If nothing else we can book a hotel for you in the UK, US or abroad at the same rate that you see online. We add nothing and can often get some valuable added amenities like upgrades; early check-ins/late checkouts; £’s or $’s towards food and beverage; a spa treatment or a free transfer (hotel dependent).
