The Family Travel Planners

We’re Linda and Brendan Considine, a married couple originally from South Africa and Scotland who now live in North Tuscany with our 2 kids, Niamh (18 years) and Aidan (16 years).

We have lived in 4 countries and have visited very many countries on 5 continents (Antarctica and South America are next!). We love traveling, have traveled extensively and after moving to Italy 7 years ago (for a lifestyle change) decided that with our in-depth knowledge of the world (South Africa, Italy, Scotland, the rest of the UK and just Europe, in particular) that we could help so many others with their travel plans, realization of their dreams and building incredible memories, so we became independent travel planners.

What we are attempting to achieve in this blog is to give family travelers some of our experiences; some tips and tricks to assist in your vacation researching and to help you plan. For those who want to take advantage of our expertise then we offer you an opportunity to reach out to us, so we can schedule some time with you and to create a travel itinerary for you/with you that removes all the stress before and while you are on the ground, while creating incredible memories for you and the family.

In the pages and posts that follow we deliver some great travel tips, some independent reviews, and a number of sample itineraries to help you on your way. We’d love to hear from you and so please leave us your comments and/or any suggestions that might make us better at delivering what you are looking for.
