Cinque Terre

Where to go? – that is the million dollar question.

For many they have already decided (or at least got an idea of a couple of locations); for others, they have just found the travel bug or decided they are getting on in years and so had better compile a bucket list. And then there are those who have no idea at all!

It is important to do your research or spend some time with a travel advisor brainstorming ideas as it frequently happens that travelers would love to travel to destinations when its not practical – skiing when it is not the right season in the right hemisphere, visiting a location when it is monsoon season or hoping to book a vacation when the rest of the world are visiting the same spot at the same time.

Often a travel planner can advise you on what is hot and what is not based on the insider information that they are party to. They will also be aware of what deals are on offer and although there may be a charge for the advisory service hopefully the discount on booking the offer will help offset this.

Here are some suggestions of the most popular locations that families frequent:

Italy
Spain
France
England
Scotland
Greece
Iceland
Portugal
Ireland
Switzerland
